We ship all products worldwide from our UK Warehouse.

We aim to dispatch orders within 2-3 working days.

Our current delivery times for international orders is up to 14 working days due to added customs checks.

Following Britain's exit from the European Union we have been working on understanding the new terms for delivery into the Euro Zone. The information is varied and constantly evolving, but in order to support our customers as best we can we have updated our shipping terms as follows:

There will be no VAT charged on our website for any orders shipping to Europe. Taxes will be charged to the receiver when the goods enter the destination country.
Orders to the Euro Zone may attract import duty charges and further admin fees. These fees vary by country and your local government determines the charges.
Due to these changes in circumstances, additional customs checks are being made between the UK and Europe; please allow up to 14 working days for delivery.

Due to Brexit issues, on a temporary basis we will assist our EU retail customers with duty costs by offering to apply a credit on your next order of up to a maximum of 15% of the order value on any orders at full trade price over Euro 400. We will require a copy of the invoice of any duties paid. Please note this does not apply to the VAT element.

All orders are delivered DDP – there will be no additional import duties or taxes to pay upon receipt. Please note your shipment may be split into multiple packages for quicker overall transport times. This will be advised by our team upon order confirmation.

REST OF WORLD DELIVERY
